Pricing is as follows:
   Card Qty                 10 Merchants
      100                     $10.00   per card
      250                       $8.00   per card
      500                       $6.00   per card
    1000                       $5.00   per card
    5000                       $3.00   per card


  •     Payment due upon final proof approval and receipt            of approved sample cards. Cards are shipped            upon  receipt of payment in full.
  •    Value Card will deliver cards within 45 days of            receiving your program contract, merchant            selections, and artwork.              
  •    Value Card will ship cards FREE via UPS ground             service.
  •    Program cancellation fee of $500 applies if program              is cancelled after signed contract is submitted to               Value Card.
